![]() While in Rochester, NY for the Thanksgiving holiday I got a chance to go for a bike ride around the Mt. Hope Cemetery. This was one of my favorite shots but some feedback as to composition, exposure, focal distance would be nice. I focused on the door in the center and used a wider aperture with a low camera angle in hopes that it would draw your eye up the stairs and to the door. Looking forward to hearing some feedback. Looks like a nice location for sure. I think the photo could've been made stronger by moving in even closer to the stairs and framing the shot in portrait orientation. Taking a shot like this at 18mm or so would really extend the lines of the stairs to draw the eye up like you intended. With this type of framing, you won't "get everything in," but I think it would really concentrate the interest on the stairs and the doorway they lead to.
