I would probably get rid of the branches on the bottom - they discract the attention off the lake (if your goal was to photograph the lake and the forest). If it is a reflection of the tree branch in the water you were after - I would suggest to cut off most of the upper part. If you leave it like this, there are just too many focal points and distraction to really appreciate the beauty of the spot you found.
