Hello and welcome to DPS,

this section is for critique of shots and a few things are required like asking direct questions of what you want critique on and also the exif file (parameters of your camera at the time of shoot) Critique Forum Rules

For your shot, i don't want to be too hard on you but for low light conditions, a tripod or a good stady surface to put your camera on is a must so you don't get your image doubled my a slight movement. A remote trigger or timer is also a must to eliminate all movement. Your shot is well under exposed so an even longer exposure time and/or higher ISO and/or larger aperture is a must too.
