Nice job.

A few things to really "finish it". Remove the flotsam in the water behind the boat, and the reflection of a rope at the rt side. That is all that is necessary IMO.

I would also boost the saturation and simultaneously reduce the vibrance. Do a bit of sharpening. Then, to "refine" the fog, switch mode to "lab color", select the lightness channel and blur that channel. Change mode back to rgb.

This is turning into a really nice image.

I did some editing today. I went back and took a picture of front of the boat and lots of cloning for sky and water...

Agree with the above post. Also I would like to see how the image looks in monochrome/gray-scale. Images with "fog" sometimes do make for a good gray scale image.
