Default Worn down but ready to go

Hello All,

My question on this shot is mosting the coloring, I saturated slightly due to the canoe/boat being slightly faded from wear. Do you think it would look better worn and faded or as I modified it? Any other comments welcome too.

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE!!!
Thank you for the comments.

I have placed the picture in B&W (canonball) on Flickr and I wanted to attach the original unedited photo to give an idea what it really looked like right out of the magic box =)

I do agree with you Mike I should have ensured that the full canoe was in the photos. Thank you I didn't notice on till you mentioned it.

Any further comments would be appreciated.

Kind of hard to say what would look better as far as the color goes without seeing the more faded look but I think as it is now looks pretty good for colors. Another comment I would have is I wish there was just a tad bit more to the bottom of the frame so the whole canoe was in the shot.

i think I agree with cannonball but it's hard to tell without seeing the other version(s)

also i think that border ruins this piece but that may just be personal taste.

To me, the colors in the boat and vegetation are a little too saturated to convey the idea of "worn down". I agree with the other comments about framing.
