Default Sunset @ St. Croix

I recently had the displeasure from leaving the beautiful Island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, simply to return to work. While I was in St. Croix I grabbed this sunet. I spent quite a bit of time agonizing over whether it was good enough to post.

I'm not in love with it, but I'm also not about to throw it out. I'm wondering if I need to revise the crop on the picture. Please let meknow what you think, and if there's anything else that needs to be fixed please let me know.

St. Croix Sunset

Camera: Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi
Exposure: 2.5
Aperture: f/4.0
Focal Length: 24 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

I love the colors in this shot. It displays the warm sunset and makes me want to pull up a chair. The only crop that I would make is from the bottom, I would cut most of the water/beach out and make the focus the rocks.

Nice!

Nice photo! I think the foreground could use a bit more exposure...maybe something like this?.....

Nice shot! I'm jealous! St.Croix and such nice colors!

The foreground's just a bit too dark.

Beautiful colors. I do agree that a little bit of the bottom could be cut but other than that it looks nice.

Thanks for the input everyone... I've played with the photo some more and I think I've improved it. I'll post it when I get a chance.
