Hello!
I don't have the time to give a thorough critique right now, but let me say: I like the idea, but I think your technical details are a bit off. If you're going to "stack" (or blend) exposures, then you definitely don't need to work at ISO 1600. I can see a LOT of noise in the photo resulting from that high ISO. It also looks like there are a lot of compression artifacts -- did you save this as a low quality jpeg?

Did you take these pictures with a tripod? Especially with night photography, you want to make sure your camera is very still. When you get to blending so many pictures together if they aren't taken at the exact same position, you'll get those streaky stars. Its a start to a good idea, but still could use some work. Nice try, keep at it!
