Default The great wall

Hello Folks

I was recently in China and managed to make my way up to the wall....it is amazing so big and long. I took heaps of photos and have added one here. I found that it was hard to capture the enormity of it and as we know beijing is quite polluted which also proved problematic. To me the photo lacks any punch and is a bit bland. Does anyone have any suggestions for making this photo "BETTER". what would you have done differently when taking the picture or what PP would you do. Love to hear your thoughts.

Wow, nice one, the walls leading the eyes into the frame. This pic is ok to me, the haze does show the true atmosphere there and simply adds to the dreamy mystique moods naturally.

However if you are wandering PP, simply add some contrast by playing with the curves, sharpen it a bit and you can get like what i did, perhaps even better on the original pic as the resolution i worked on here is too low.. Anyway it's one personal preference.

This one could have been a really amazing photo...but i guess there is a lack of light especially in the lower part of the photo where there is a lot of shadow. Try and increase the brightness and sharpness of the photo using post processing.
