Sunset

This is a shot I took of the sunset behind my house, was after any imput on what I did right/wrong and any suggestions on how to make it better.

Shot was taken with my Nikon D70, lens was Sigma 50-150mm (f/2.8 @ 135mm) with a 1/400 shutter speed and 200 ISO.

Nice shot. I like how the tree looks as a silhouette against the sky. I think it would be nice if it was grounded and maybe more, or all if possible, of the tree was in the frame.

Unfortunately there is a lot of mess below and next to the tree - I had to crop it where I did. I agree with what you're saying though, maybe I need to scout a better location. This one was simply from standing on the back steps of my house, more an opportunistic photo.
