Default EXIF data and concrete question

Okay I got the hint... Here are the details:

Shutter speed: 1/125
Aperture: f/9.0
Focal length:18 mm
ISO:100

In my opinion the picure is a little dull maybe because it was taken on a misty day. I am interested in any critic regarding composition and how it may be improved within post production...

I like your photo. You could possibly jazz up the colors to make them brighter with the levels feature in PSE or Photoshop.

Like said, you could boost the colors a bit in post production. Other than that it looks nice and you have really nice reflections on the water.

Enhance the color, fix the sky, rotate and maybe even a crop.

goodluck!

The sky is rather dull therefore I would be tempted to crop most of it out but still leave a bit of breathing room.
The building to the right is touching the side of the frame. This could have been eliminated by moving the camera bit from left to right.
Looks like a great place for a amazing capture.
Hope you can go back and shoot it again while working on your composition some.
People often give up and move on rather than returning to a place and shooting it over and over until they nail that perfect shot.
Of course sometimes pictures are taken while traveling and the opportunity isn't possible for a reshoot.
However, lessons can be learned for the next outing.
Good luck.

I agree with the others. The sky is too much, the colors could be jazzed up a little. I love the reflection. Something about that willow though. Not sure if I like it or not. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that . . .
Over all, I think the composition is nice and everything else can be cleaned up in PP.

You have a nice shot to start with, and that's the main thing. A retake, if possible, isn't necessary in my humble opinion.
