The parked car does not bother me that much and I barely noticed the man as he is blending into the shadows. The light looks fine to me. I would say maybe a slightly different angle to try to eliminate some more of the parking lot in the foreground.

wow I didn't notice that.. it's true, most of the foreground is the parking lot..
thank you for that input.. I'll try to watch for the next time.. mpf
