Go somewhere where there won't be cars or street lights, straighten the horizon, but besides that, it's a beautiful sunset!

great comp! but yeah, straighten the horizon. i personally don't use photoshop, but i don't know your feeling on the subject so i'll go ahead and say maybe reduce the noise and...clone out the cars?

to me it looks a wee bit underexposed, and as someone else said, straighten the horizon, i feel a little tipsy wheni look at it!
