I like the photo, overall. But, the first thing I notice is that it seems to be very grey overall. There appear to be light rays coming down from the cloud, but the lack of contrast almost totally hides them -- some careful work with curves could emphasize the details in the background very nicely.
Second, I'm not sure about the amount of water and sky in the shot. The sky at least has interesting clouds, but the real focal point is the head of land and castle. It's relatively small and distant -- a careful crop might emphasize it more. Finally, technical details: why were you at f/20? Your shutter speed (1/1600) is REALLY fast, and f/20 is small enough that it could have caused some minor loss of sharpness due to diffraction. You also may have had some odd ISO problems -- what was your ISO?

Promising shot, but the main subject is slap bang in the center, which is less interesting compositionally than having it offset - the "rule of thirds". Maybe crop some off the right and the bottom, even though you would lose some of that nice sparkle on the water? Also, to me it would be more satisfying if we could see the end of the point on the left (if there is an end), it looks kind of cut off as it is.
