Default Coastal Path

Coastal Path that meanders through some trees here in Northern Ca. Decided to go with BW because it was a cold and dreary day. Thanks for looking.

very cool shot i might have gotten in the very center of the path to give more interest to the leaning tree but good contrast.

I'm going to give the total opposite critique of artdrea here...I like the composition, with the foremost tree on the left third and the fence roughly following along the right third...though I might try a lower perspective next time, makes the environment feel a little more close and real. And I don't like the contrast in this image, or the lack thereof rather...its mostly midtones, with minimal shadows, and I don't really see anything that I would consider a highlight. So bump up the exposure past where you think it should be, and then dial it back down by cranking up the blacks...then possibly add an S curve as necessary...note that there are several ways to go about doing this, the previously described method is just how I most often find myself going about such a fix.
