This was taken just after the first snowstorm, a small one it was, of this year in northern Utah, USA. The day was Oct 1st, 2009. I was trying to capture the contrast between the glistening white of the snow and the autumn colors.
Camera: Canon Rebel XS Lens: Cannon 70-300 mm, focal length 200 mm ISO 200 Shutter speed and f/stop I can't remember at this time This was taken in four separate shots and then stitched together using photoshop cs2 I'm new to this website and pretty much new to photography and would like some general feedback, especially tips on where to improve in composition and such. Thanks. |

For me, there just isnt enough of one thing or another to hold my attention. It either needs more of the mountain showing, or sky.
