Fenway Park at Sunset

I edited this picture using Photoshop Elements by taking the night lights out of the park. I did this because the park lights were so distracting and drew the eye towards them. I'm not totally impressed with the outcome, I used the smart brush tool. I'm looking for some feedback on a better way to edit the sky. All comments would be appreciated, If you want I can post the original as well! Thanks!
