Every day the sun sets directly behind the Ambassador Bridge close to where I live. Being new to slr photography I spend a lot of clicks playing with iso, and aperature in manual mode. I would welcome any and all comments about the exposure, presentation and what might be improved. The specs for the photo are

First, hello and welcome! I know the bridge well (I used to cross it frequently).
As for the image: you have some lovely warm tones in it, which I like. I also like how the sky diffuses into blue near the top. That said, the image really lacks a clear central focus. The subject (the bridge) is very distant, small, and lacks a lot of detail. There is a lot of empty space in both the foreground, and the sky, which really doesn't add much. I would suggest getting closer to the bridge, to show us some details of its structure. Being this far away really loses a lot, which is too bad because it's such a nice subject. Those are just my initial comments. Keep it up! (Also -- hint -- it probably helps if you posted the image itself here, not just a link. Many people won't bother to click the link.)
