If you can, it's asked for to post your exif information. By knowing what your camera settings were on it can play a big part in offering you alternative settings to use!

The place to start in trying to understand how a photo could have been better, is to define what it was that you were trying to capture. What was the subject, exactly? Something motivated you to push the shutter button. What was it? Were you trying to capture a mood? Make a record of your trip?

Once you state what the subject actually was, and what you were trying to capture, then it becomes easier for us to discuss how it could have been better.

The settings your camera was on at the time you took the photo. Should look something like this:
Camera: Kodak EasyShare C813 Zoom
Exposure: 0.016 sec (1/64)
Aperture: f/2.7
Focal Length: 6 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Auto, Fired
