I like this. To me, it's basically abstract -- circle, brushed-metal-like reflection, black and white. ALl about the shapes. To that end, I would recommend making it more abstract -- edit out the small spots of light on the horizon, increase the contrast, crop to center the reflection, etc. But that's just my opinion -- it's what *I* see in the photo.
My question for you is: what did you intend with the photo? I see an abstract composition, but you may have had some other intent. If you can elaborate on that, perhaps I could give other useful critiquing. Thanks for sharing!

Well to be honest, I took about 8 shots of this scene. More out of curiosity. I wanted to see how much light I could grab with different exposure times and apertures. This is the raw image, I have no photo editing software other that what is built into the camera it's self. Which I did not use. I was also curious of how sharp it would turn out with a moving sea and ship. Thanks for the feedback and I hopefully will get into photo editing. By the what any suggestions on which software is worth the investment?

I recommend Gimp, which is absolutely worth the cost (free!). It's like a free version of Photoshop, in a way, and has most of the advanced features that anyone could ask for.
