Default RPI Folsom Library - Zoom Blur

I was out the other night doing some shooting around the campus, and I was struck by the way the light sort of flooded out of the building in rays, similar to the sun. Of course such things are notoriously difficult to recreate in camera, so I added a touch of zoom blur in PP. Does it work for the image? Is it too much or too little? Also, is the image too dark?

Any other comments or critiques always welcomed and encouraged.

Sorry no exif, my hdr process sort of destroys such information. But its three exposures, +/-2EV, all at least a 1sec exposure, aperture was something like 5.6 and ISO 100.
