I don't really think the sepia toning works for this image I think it would have more impact in black and white. Your EXIF info also appears to be incorrect, What aperture did you shoot this image at? Do you have a tripod? I would have tried stopping the lens down and using a tripod to stabilize the camera to get more of the landscape to fall within the depth of field.

I do have a tripod, but for this particular image i actually did not carry the tripod.I placed the camera on the roof of the car.The reflection you see is no waterbody but the reflection on the rooftop.
Checked EXIF info in picasa.its the same as the info provided by me.
I did not understand what you meant by stopping the lens down. Please explain what technique is that?

The DOF seems too narrow to me. you might have been forced to use f/2.8 due to low light i guess?

stopping the lens down - refers to using a smaller aperture like f/8

I love the fact that the reflection was the top of the car... I would have never guessed that. But, I think it lacks depth and contrast. I agree that the photo might have a better impact in b/w. I also agree that the DOF is too shallow for this shot. Nice idea, give it another go with a tripod.
