Just a few things come to mind.
Tighter crop - remove some sky from the top...there isnt much of interest there. If there were some funky clouds...by all means leave them there. Slight rotation clockwise to straighten the horizon. Perhaps look at your foreground when you are composing the shot. I find the lightpole on the 1/3rd line on the left distracting. A few steps to the right (if possible) would have emphasised the fanishing point (the road going into the distance) a bit better. This would have also doubled as your leading line...drawing the eye into the cityscape. What aperture did you use...the image seems rather soft?
