Well, its a starter photo for me. I had just began to use my Nikon D50 with the goal of mastering it. I'm not there yet by any means but i'm a believer in the idea that, you can't improve without constructive critisim. Give me your thoughts please.

I would take a few steps to the left to get the pole in the foreground off to the of the barn. Do you have your EXIF info handy for this image? Is there anding you are unhappy with in the image or want to improve on?

I didn't think about the pole until you meantioned it....i need to be more aware of my surrounding when I take shots. I'm glad you pointed that out. I don't have the EXIF but i'm keeping up with the info from now on.

First of all I like the shot! I would have to agree with murtasma. Just a bit to the left might get you a more defined subject. I personally like the old/abandoned/run down building look. There is so much to tell. The dead brush in the foregound is a bit distracting to me, though just my thoughts! I will be practicing along with you! Keep it up.

PS, here is some tips on how to get the EXIF info if you don't have any software to populate it for you: Posting Pictures from Photo Sharing Sites (A visual guide)
