Default Farmer's Market in Traverse City, MI

I spent the last week in Traverse City and on Wednesday they held a Farmer's Market, and the produce was fabulous. The colors just screamed to be photographed.

This is a shot of some peppers and such that just jumped out of the viewfinder. Let me know what you think about the DOF and the light. There was minimal post done on these, minor cropping and burning of some shadows.

Let me know what improvements you see should / could have been made.

Thanks,
Jim

Great bokeh! I think the only thing I would change is a closer crop on the right side. Something in the bottom corner keeps distracting my eye.

I'm going to take a stab at this... Peaches, Oranges, Lemons, and Lettuce?

Becky,
I think your idea on the crop is a good one. That darker area does draw your eye away from the main part of the shot - thanks.

Close but no rutabaga for you :-(. These are Peaches, Apricot, Plums some very unusual yellow variety, and Peppers.

Hi,
The light is great, the only thing that I find distracting is that one out of focus peach in the forefront, it keeps pulling my eye to it. Other than that I would change a thing about this shot.
