Took my first panorama from a fort's terrace. It was handheld, and merged the photos together using photoshop CS3.
I'm getting the sky to the left totally blown out.. any idea how to not let that happen? I use a canon powershot SX 10 IS and clicked this in the Av mode with fixed aperture in but AUTO FOCUS mode. Any other comments and feedback also welcome. ![]() EXIF : Camera: Canon PowerShot SX10 IS Exposure: 0.005 sec (1/200) Aperture: f/4.0 Focal Length: 5 mm ISO Speed: 80 Exposure Bias: 0 EV Flash: Off, Did not fire Cheers, Harsh

For any really wide panorama you are going to have exposure problems. In the one ypou are showing us I'm guessing you were shooting from almost away from the sun to almost towards it. You did a good job!
What I do is decide where I want the sky to be "as is" and expose for there. The darker side will be underexposed and the lighter side will be overexposed. That goes with doing panos (except on really overcast days )
