First, I agree -- cool clouds! It looks like a bit of goose down, or some other sort of feather up in the sky.
Things I like: the colors, changing from warm yellow to dark blue, are very good and add some interest. Things I'm missing: Well, the trouble with cloud photos is that there is often not a lot there. That's the case here -- there really isn't enough in this photo to keep my interest or catch my eye. I think that this could benefit a lot from having something in the foreground, such as some interesting trees, or even just a lake to reflect the clouds. In addition, the clouds feel a bit unbalanced, I think because they end on the right, but continue off the frame to the left. Overall, you found a cool thing to photograph, but now the details of composition come into play -- you need to find a way to keep the viewer interested in your photo for more than just a glance.
