This shot was taken off a tour boat on the Chicago river.

What do you think of the contrast and color saturation? I upped the color saturation quite a bit. Is it too much? Any other thoughts?

The colors are def vivid in this shot. Since there isn't a lot of single color space you don't have the noise issue or loss of detail that comes with upping the saturation. I enjoy the shot from an artist's perspective. The pro's will probably have more to say.
