Default Moving Water Long Exposure

I took this picture just after dusk. I wanted to have a longer exposure to display the motion of the water. I've been trying to ge the white balance just right. Is the water too blue?

Info:
Nikon D40
ISO 400
1/2 sec.
f/25
112mm

I like it. Only suggestion is to lower the ISO to around 100. And about the WB, set it to AUTO. I have a D60, and I always shoot WB in AUTO. Whats the point of having a big expensive camerah if you cant leave a few small features to AUTO.

If yuo had your ISO at 100 instead of 400, yuo might have gotten as much as 1.5 seconds, which, judging by the flow, would have been plenty of exposure for the water.
