Just something I have been thinking about while reading this.

Is shoting straight at the sun going to cause any damage to the camera sensor like it can to your eyes?

Hi from a new member London, my comment is not so much the reflect But the shot itself I like the shot, almost a Silhouette against the sun, with the lighter background and darker foreground the only criticism I have is the blade of crass in the bottom left of the photo I would have cut away or clowned the damaged parts, as reflectors I have herd of photographers using crunched up kitchen foal I tried it but the wind kept blowing it away, Silerz good shot.

Not really. I wouldn't leave the camera facing the sun in live view mode for any lenght of time or shoot long exposures as things get hot but normal shooting wont cause you any issue at all.

I see what you mean. The thing is though, I don't edit any of my nature shots. Nothing's perfect, and I don't want to edit it to look that way. Thanks though.

And thanks to everyone for the tips. I'll be sure to follow them next time.
