Default Row of Trees Silhouette

This photo has not been tweaked with. It is the original. Any suggestions on how to make it jump out and grab your interest and attention? Thanks. -Leviathan

NIce capture but there is a bit too much sky at the top of the frame for my taste.
I would suggest cropping some off the top to put more emphasis on the sillouhette of the trees which is very nice.
Also, there is a bit of dust on your sensor that can be seen near the top of the frame.

Default cropping

I agree on the cropping; I would come in just a little on either side, but esp. the right. I'd crop out the shorter tree that's near the right edge. I like the saturation level here; sometimes folks get tempted to oversaturate a shot like this.

I really like the feel of this shot. I do agree there is a bit much sky at the top, so I'd consider cropping to to give it a panoramic feel (narrow X wide). That should help draw the eye more to the trees. I might also use a curves adjustment to slightly boost some contrast, but only slightly. Overall, a fine capture here!

Thank you all for your feedback. It is very helpful. How does this look now? Also, any quick suggestions on how to remove dust from the sensor?

I like it. The only other thing I would suggest to make it really jump out is play with the contrast and color mixer in photoshop if you want. I am very partial to vibrant blue skies though Other than that great pic.

Much better. A rocket blaster should remove the dust or you can just clone it out.
Do a seach on this site on sensor cleaning and there are some good tips..
