I think you put your ISO too high to be able to see the details of the moon clearly, right now it just looks like a verry bright spot light. I would have put a ISO 100 to get more details plus i would have put the aperture value to F11 to get DOF.
This is what i got using a 300mm, ISO 100, F11, and 1/125s Exposure.

It looks like you exposed for the area around the moon & did not expose for the ball of the moon itself. I agree that your ISO should have been lower and your aperture smaller. I happened to photograph the moon a couple nights ago with a slight haze, but here is what mine looked like with the following settings:
Camera: Canon EOS 50D Exposure: 0.04 sec (1/25) Aperture: f/16.0 Focal Length: 380 mm ISO Speed: 100 ![]() I hope this helps!
