Sorry, for me it doesnt work. Its simply a snapshot of a street, railing or - see my point, there is no main focal point.
The processsing for me, doesnt add anything to this, it just makes it that much busier. sorry

No need to be sorry. I was going for those three lamp posts, but it would seem that I messed up
Could not avoid busy because it's the river bank and a promenade where people walk and park their boats... Thanx for the comment.

Interesting PP.
Wonder if moving the frame to the right just a bit so that the curve isn't touching the frame would have faired better? A shame the post isn't too the right of the frame. Most people view a picture from left to right, like reading a book, and it is hard to get past the post in the foreground.

I look at the lampposts (esp the closest one) and cannot help but notice the white halo - is that a product of the PP? I'd want to get rid of it unless the halo is of some spititual significance!

Heh, it has only "this is x-files lamp" significance.
It's surpluss of processing.About the frame - it's an interesting idea. Maybe it would be better picture if I've concentrated on the sidewalk curve itself and not the lamps, and took this in horisontal orientation or something... Well, what's done is done, this location is more than 100km away (100 miles is 160 km, for ppl in the states or commonwelth) so no chance I will be able to make a correction... for now ![]() What we have learned here: think 3 times, press shutter release once!
