Wow! That's a huge difference between the original and the processed pic! What is flaming at the horizon anyway?

Its a huge tanker docking on the bay. Probably unloading containers of cargo.

I only adjusted the contrast and brightness. I was surprised that came out

It needs levelling out by a degree or two I think...
I could be wrong, but it looks like the horizon is slanted from left to right a little bit..

Otherwise, a good job processing the shot!

What a difference with a little tweaking in pp.

Love the colors.
I agree it tilts a little to the right, I have that problem with some of my photos.

I know I was actually surprised on how it turned out after tweaking the curves a little
glad you guys like it.

I think I'd have this one printed, after I adjust the tilted horizon

Hi Marco,

Per dps guidelines posted at the top of the thread, you'll need to ask a more specific question as to what you want critqued on.

oh sorry...

I'd usually ask for improvements and see if I did anything wrong like positioning, better way to have captured this.

Well now I know that my shot is tilted. sorry for the misguided post.

PS: Anyway, any more suggestion about the composition? exposure?
