I find it disconcerting that the image goes from sharp focus (front left rocks) to blurry (caused by water I know) back into focus and then kind of blurry again almost to the horizon....
The rocks in the front left REALLY compete for attention...I'm kind of lost for "focus", I think it needs a better defined "subject".

All in all I think you combined several ideas and pulled them off fairly well....there's just too many...
