Default Clock Tower, Dubai...

Hey, I'd love if I could have some suggestions on how to improve composition with this shot and if anything detracts from the image.

Image Data:
10 second exposure at ISO 100 stopped down to f/22, Aperture Priority AE
Also spot metered the Clock tower.
Equipment:
Nikon D80, AF Nikkor 50mm/1.8D, Velbon Sherpa 600R/F.
Picture Resized so sorry for the very poor resolution.

Hi and welcome to the forum. It is a little hard to see the photo you posted. I am guessing that the subject is the white circle in the middle of the image? I think if you would focus on that and not use such a long exposure it would show up much better and improve the shot.
