Default first moon shot

Took this with a 200mm lens so i had to do some heavy cropping. Slight level adjustment as well. Did i over crop?

Hmmm, the moon isn't sitting nicely in the photo for me. I'd like to see it sitting higher with more space underneath it. It's in an awkward spot I believe.

Good attempt though. Love the colour of the sky.

I re-cropped it with the moon higher. Is this an improvement? I like it better

Much better. Isn't it amazing how the right cropping can make such a huge visual difference!? Glad you re-posted it.
