I like it. A lot! Great picture.
Maybe crop a bit of the sky out? Like take 1/3 or 1/2 of the space between the top of the picture and the building roof out? Actually the roofline of the building in the background looks more than out of focus, it almost looks blurred from motion, but foreground stuff looks good so I don't understand??? great picture.

Nice shot, by the way. Colours are good, composition is good, very sharp. |

I like the shot as is a lot too!
May I ask why go to film? I have read some posts here that say the same and wondered why since digital is so much more versatile and film would have to be converted to digital for most purposes. I am sure there's a good reason

columbus, Welcome
When you make a new CD, you may want to save the photos at 800 pixels, too, if you think you may want to post some on DPS. That's the site's maximum size limit, on the longest side. So 800x600, OK - 800x1024, not OK. Have a look here, too, for the rest of the Critique requirements: Critique Forum Rules

I appologize for the sizing. I'll keep that in mind for future postings.
My reason for shooting film is because I do not have a dslr, just my 35mm slr. I picked up some cheap film in ebay, and I was off. I think it's more rewarding after getting a good picture with film than on my Sony P&S. But yea, film is a whole different thing than digital as I see it- each one has its own advantages. |

Go spend 20 - 30 bucks on a changing tent, then 10 - 20 on a daylight developing tank and a few more dollars on some black and white developer, fixer and stop bath. Try developing your own black and whites it's a lot of fun but send the color negatives out you don't want to deal with the troubles of development.
