a little cluttered.... no real subject. Not sharp enough, needs some contrast and color.

I gree it is a little cluttered, I would try a different angle and maybe a longer exposure to get some water movement that would create a point of interest.

I love those frozen grass dangly icicles in the foreground, I would have focussed in on those if possible, with some of the water round them, but not the busy background of logs etc. For me they are the most interesting and unusual bit of the shot, the rest is more ordinary and not remarkable, but those have potential, and the frozen moss around them.

I agree with you all. I was trying to focus on the icy grass but I also like the background with all the logs. however that did make it a bit cluttered.

I see three logs above the icicles that kind of form a upside-down triangle.The point is leading to the icicles so I think this shot has some pontential from a composition standpoint.
However there is little to the right of the logs that offer any real interest. Perhaps try cropping some of the right side of the frame off and that will help to get rid of some of the clutter. A b&w conversion might add a nice effect aswell.
