Amber Waves of ?

It was kind of a greyish shot before I boosted the saturation of the foreground and then used a graduated filter on the sky in Lightroom. What do you think of the compostion:

I like the colors, and the sky came out nicely. The top of the grass gets lost in the trees behind it. I end up not knowing what I'm supposed to be looking at.

I like it.
Perhaps,if possible, get down lower behind the grass so that the dark tree(with leaves) in the background is blocked by the grass.

I like it too, but I agree with Tom that getting down low and having the grass even more prominent would be even more striking. That colourful grass outlined against the blue sky with the lone tree looming out of it would be very dramatic, although I do like the other skeletal bushes too.
