Default a mistake i need help with

i took this shot while i was away on holiday
with my canon 450D
canon 18-55mm lens
focal length 55mm
iso 1600
aperture f8
shutter 0'8

the problem i have is the horizontal sea is not straight, i have just bought photo shop 7 and have not learnt how to use it yet, is there a way to straighten my image using photoshop?
if so how can i do this?

any tips and suggestions are much appreciated

you jsut need to go to the 'Image' menu, and then go to 'Rotate canvas'. Then I guess you'd pick free rotate and just wizz it around. Then you'll need to crop it

The compostion mainly consists of the tree and not the beautiful sky, the branches tends to distract the viewer from the overall effect but this is a nice silhoutte shot
