Default New to RAW; Black and White

I JUST started using RAW this week and am definitely pretty lost with it. This has been my favorite photo I've done so far, but it's hard for me to look at it and say whether or not it is successful, especially with the exposure. I am also not sure whether I like how dark the top of the tree in the foreground is due to the vignette. What are your thoughts?

Flickr is not showing my EXIF data for this specific image...does working in RAW do that?

This is not an in-depth critique, but I really love the atmosphere of this shot. Looks successful to me, and the B&W was a good choice.

The EXIF information would have to be copied from the RAW to the final image (probably a JPEG). My favourite program Bibble does just that, but Photoshop and others are lacking in that area.

There is a commandline tool called "exiftool", but if you're not familiar with a commandline interface, it may be daunting to use. I'm sure that once you tell us which photo editing software and operating system you use (Linux, MacOS or perhaps Windows) we could suggest a proper solution.

I love the composition of your shot. You've captured the mood for sure.

It depends what program you're using for your edits and how you're saving sometimes. For example, if you use "Save for Web" in Photoshop, it will remove the exif. If you just use "Save As" and save it as a jpg, it's all still there.

Use a "true" photo editing software like Photoshop or Gimp (free) to convert from Raw to JPEG and you won't have this missing EXIF problem.
