Default A stroll over the bridge

This is a bridge in my neighborhood. Please let me know what you think and what you would have done to make this photo better. I ran this through Noise Ninja but there is still a fair amount of noise that I'd like to clean up (I guess I was asking for it shooting in 1600?). Thanks.

I would have used a tripod so I could use a lower ISO and a smaller aperture to get a bigger depth of field so all the lights would be in focus

I agree about the focus.

I mean no offense by this, but I'm thinking you might need to change the composition of this shot a bit. I'm not really sure what the purpose of this shot is, I guess; I think maybe a different perspective or a wider angle shot might work better here.

Just keep working at it though, you're off to a good start!
