Is the exposure for this foggy bayou shot correct?

ra_speight, Welcome

What a mood this sets . . . I'm waiting for the geese to come soaring in. Lighter would lose the sense of cool fog, and darker would make detail harder to see. I think it's done as well as fog can be. Good work.

If I were to change one thing: the part of a tree on the left, I would either remove that, or if you took a new shot, pan right to not include it. A small distraction, barely worth a mention. Well done, Ruth.

I think you did a great job on this photo. The foreground is sharp with good color. The fog adds a bit of mystery. I agree with cropping the tree to the left. I also like the "s" curve to the river. Good capture
