it needs to be worked on to remove the fish eye effect from the horizon, but otherwise what do you think?

Picturesque! =) This shot makes me want to take another vacation! lol! =)
The only thing I can think to suggest is that the sky, beach, and water all seem to blend into each other. Is that the look you were going for? If not, I would try to do some post-production work to make some color adjustments to accent the blues a little more. Besides this minor correction, and only in my own opinion, I think the shot is lovely!
