Default Fix Decay?

Decay

Exposure: 0.013 sec (1/80)
Aperture: f/13
Focal Length: 18 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure: Manual
Metering Mode: Center Weighted Average

Is this too busy and do you think the almost blown out clouds (midday photo) are too distracting?
Two other perspectives. Do you think they work better? They might benefit from a crop, I am not sure..

I like the photo here as it is. But yeh, the clouds are a bit washed, but I think it's tolerable. I love the one you posted, over the other two. The truck sets it off, I think.

I prefer this one to the other two.

The blocked up clouds could use some help. I'd suppose you could fix that up pretty quickly in photoshop with a pseudo graduated neutral density type fix.

looks like you can get some of that detail back in the clouds...they look to be just before the verge of blown out to me......
might be able to select sky and lower exposure a bit.....
I also love the third pic (Second linked) I think it makes a great shot!
I like the truck in the shot but i think its a bit distracting right up against the other objects just out of shot.......
