Looks like a very relaxing scene. When you blur the water, it usually gives that effect. I do feel like I want to see a little wider view so I can see more of the falls. I usually prefer waterfall shots where it looks more like the water is coming towards you, but that composition is not always possible.
I would normally not use an aperture smaller than around f/13, as that's where diffraction can kick in, which can degrade sharpness. Still, a good shot overall.

f/11 to f/16 would have given you a LOT sharper image. f-thirty something is just too much.

For my purposes anyway, an aperture smaller than f/16 doesn't work. For scenes like this, I generally stay in the f/11 to f/16 range. Another thought: Since you don't have a lot of depth in this particular image, I might even try f/7.1 just for the heck of it. That's the 'sweet spot' for a lot of lenses, and the aperture at which you're going to get the best sharpness. That's going to speed up your shutter speed, though, which might be ok in this instance. Maybe even preferable, since you have a fairly blown out area there in the middle.
