Took this one from a hotel elevator lobby in Barcelona

Sorry! clicked submit too quickly.

I've just started playing with B&W and also the square format. With B&W I understand it is more about form etc, but I'm not sure how well this one works. I'm thinking the organic of the bonsai tree versus the inorganic of the buildings.

Would it have benefited from having more depth of field to bring the buildings into focus to highlight the contrast?

I think the depth of field is alright, I like the out of focus buildings in the background.
However what does bother me is that I can't see the bottom of the tree or the ground/pot/dish it is planted in. It feels a little cut off.
