It's too big and too noisy. ISO 1600 should be ISO 100 and shot on a tripod. f/16 woulda got you some nice starburst in those lights, too.

I liked the first one best.

The second building needs some siding on the insulation and the wires in the sky need to be gone.

The reflections and the perspective are what work best for me.

Good spot to shoot.

I am still kind of a newbie in the world of photography, but have to say the first picture in my opinion is better then the 2nd. I like the coloring, to me the 2nd one looks to colorful, to where it looks fake. I love the reflections and the darker look.

The length of the exposure does not cause blur. It is movement of the camera or the scene that creates blur. That is why one needs to use a remote shutter release or self timer so the camera is still when the shutter opens. Of course if it is windy, that can cause camera shake also.

This was about a 30 second exposure during the pre dawn hours. Notice how everything is in focus and not blur as the camera was mounted on a tripod and completely still during the exposure. The interesting thing for me is the wakes in the bottom third of the image were caused by ducks passing by. They were moving enough so the camera would not pick them up.

I took a seminar in night shooting and was told to shoot at ISO100 for the best quality -- adjust the other settings accordingly and increase your DOF .. ISO1600 is definitely too high. Nice shot otherwise!
