Default Snowy mountains on a clear day

I am interested in a critique about the composition of this photo. I shot this with a focal point in mind but would be interested to know what viewers see as the focal point or if one is present.

Photo data:
Sony SLT-A55V
f/13
1/200 sec
ISO-100
Focal length 40mm

My eye rests on the mountain on the right side.

I like the lines and the framing in this shot.

I first questioned if the right side mountain was to far over in the frame but the longer I look at it, it seems to work.

The mountain in the middle seems a little light but maybe not.

Nice shot.

I think the peak on the right would have sufficed if the tree on the left wasn't there. I don't like the tree. Less is more in this case.
Other than that i think it's a decent shot.

Wonderful composition, especially the use of a panoramic format.

Some of the snowy areas on the mountain top may be a bit overexposed, resulting in loss of detail. You might recover some of detail using exposure and/or shadow/highlight adjustments in your editing software. Thank you for sharing.

I think composition is nice. I agree about it being slightly overexposed. losing some detail on the mountain and perhaps the clouds too... still though I really like it

Thank-you all for the critique. I struggled a lot deciding if the tree on the left should be in the composition or not. This scene was also changing a lot when I was photographing it. Clouds were rolling in and out around the mountain on the right, unfortunately I didn't catch a nice shot with the clouds. If you look closely in the middle of the mountain on the right it appears out of focus, it's actually a small faint cloud just before it evaporated.

Please start a new thread for your image. And the image should not be larger than 740 pixels on the long side.

Also, I like having the tree on the left to provide some depth. I see the focal points as the distant mountains. Nice shot.
