hi. captured this one on my way home today. what do you think about the lines and composition, and b/w conversion?

composition wise I would crop out the sky, its to bright and keeps pulling the eye to it instead of the building.

I think that you captured the rhythmic repetition nicely but the framing/composition could be better? There's no reason why the featureless sky should be so prominent in this pic unless its contributing to the shot? Only reason you'd include a white sky would be to balance an image in purely photographic tone terms?

i actually thought of the bright white sky as a way to emphasize the empty feeling of the concrete building....

I like the shadows and interplay of light and contrast, but it needs to be straightened for my enjoyment :-), and probably cropped a bit also. Good luck with it all!
